SHIPPING CHARGES

We have a flat shipping policy which means no matter how small or big your order is there won’t be hole in your pocket due to shipping charges.
We currently ship with Delhivery, DTDC, ekart, Ecom Express and BlueDart courier services.

FOR ANY CLAIMS/COMPLAINTS:

We don’t usually ask for opening video: But in certain cases, it becomes crucial. Hence, kindly take opening video (including bubble wrap) to support any complaint.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing/undelivered, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the main carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. Also we aren’t responsible for any wrong Calling number or address provided. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGE

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for your undelivered package, for redelivery of the package additional fees may apply.

Once the parcel is dispatched and we get the tracking AWB number the remaining process is not under our control or responsibility. We give 100% assistance but under any circumstances, Miss Maedelin can’t be held responsible for delay or missing or damage parcel. If we get 100% confirmation from courier partner that the parcel is untraceable, then we take further steps regarding the order.

Miss Maedelin holds no responsibility over the delivery process. Therefore there is no time limit for such an investigation in these cases.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

DAMAGES

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact our customer care executives immediately or mail us at missmaedelin@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Opening video & photos of damaged product are helpful and required.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns of our products due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping and sanitary reasons! Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping! We do still want you to be happy with and excited about your purchase, so if you have an issue, please contact our customer care executives or email: missmaedelin@gmail.com. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions, ingredients and care instructions thoroughly and to make well-educated purchasing decisions. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing.

MISSING PRODUCTS OR PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED OR PRODUCTS UNAVAILABLE.

If there is a problem with your order if products are missing/undelivered, please update us within 72Hours otherwise we won’t be able to connect shipping services for the same.

Miss Maedelin is cannot be held responsible for delivering the undelivered product(s) to the customer. For any issues we connect with the courier partners and investigate on the matter and try to solve the problem and deliver the products to your door steps. Investigations may take up to 15-30 days.

If any ordered product(s) could not be delivered for any reason, Miss Maedelin will not hold on to the amount paid for the undelivered product(s) and Miss Maedelin is not responsible to deliver the undelivered product(s) to the customer. The customer is to accept the refund back for the undelivered product(s) only and the order will be considered as completed.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We don’t accept order cancellations in any case. We can hold your shipment if requested. We always send a fresh product if the customer receives a broken/damaged item or wrong item being sent or we miss to send a product. Client needs to pay no shipping charge in this case.
We currently have no monetary refund policy but we would love to help you out in case of any issues.
No claim or refund can be asked if a product doesn’t suit one’s skin. Video proof is a must for any issue.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

INDIA

Delivery and dispatch: We make products fresh, so it takes us 2-7 business days to prepare and dispatch your purchase. After which delivery companies takes about 4-7 business days/working days for the door delivery of the product.
Covid-19 update: Due to pandemic we can often take a time frame of 2-20 days to dispatch.

We are available Monday to Friday 11 A.M-6 P.M. Business remains closed on weekends and on national holidays.

  • After an order is placed we don’t add any more products to it upon request. Please place a separate order each time.
  • Please provide a proper shipping address, pincode, and valid calling number, if any of this is missing or incorrect we won’t be responsible for the package.
  • After the order is placed and forwarded to the packing department change in the shipping address won’t be possible.
